1) Overview



These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of tattoo sessions, deposits, and related services from IngramArts (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking, you agree to these Terms and our Deposit & Refund Policy.



2) Booking & Deposits



  • Booking a session requires a non-refundable $100 and the 25% deposits credited toward your tattoo on the day of your appointment. 
  • You’ll select a date/time during checkout; bookings are pending until we confirm by email.
  • If we decline a project that doesn’t fit our style/scope, any deposit paid for that project will be refunded.




3) Rescheduling & Cancellations



  • You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice; your deposit moves to the new date.
  • Late cancels (under 24h) or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
  • If we must reschedule (illness/emergency), we’ll contact you promptly to rebook; deposits remain valid.




4) Eligibility & ID



  • You must be 18+ with valid government-issued photo ID (Oregon law). No exceptions.
  • You agree to arrive sober (no alcohol or intoxicants).




5) Health & Consent



  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g., blood thinners, pregnancy, keloid history, allergies, recent sunburn, etc.).
  • We may decline or postpone service for safety reasons.
  • We provide aftercare guidance; results vary by skin type, placement, and aftercare adherence.




6) Pricing & Payment



  • Prices shown are for the artwork + session time as described on the product page.
  • Balance is due at the end of your session.
  • Taxes (if applicable) and payment methods are shown at checkout. Tips are optional and appreciated.




7) Late Arrival



  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require design/size adjustments or rescheduling; the deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.




8) Custom Designs & One-of-One Flash



  • “One-of-one” designs are tattooed once and then retired.
  • Minor pre-session tweaks are included; major changes (concept/placement/size) may require a new deposit and appointment.
  • Intellectual property: All designs remain IngramArts’ copyrighted work. You may not reproduce, sell, or use designs on merchandise without written permission.




9) Photos & Promotion



  • We may photograph healed or fresh tattoos for our portfolio/socials.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed or posted, tell us at your appointment—no problem.




10) Gift Cards & Merchandise (if offered)



  • Gift cards and deposits are final sale and not redeemable for cash.
  • Physical items: see our Returns & Refunds Policy.




11) No Warranty; Limitation of Liability



  • Tattoos are a permanent cosmetic service; no guarantees regarding final appearance, longevity, or healing.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your booking or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that booking.




12) Disputes; Governing Law



  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
  • Any disputes will be handled in small-claims court in Washington County, Oregon, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.




13) Changes to These Terms



  • We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
