Refund policy

Services (tattoos & booking deposits)


  • All tattoo deposits are non-refundable. A deposit reserves my time and design prep and is credited toward your final tattoo price on the day of your session.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice or more; your deposit moves to the new date.
  • Late cancel / no-show: Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not arriving to your appointment forfeits the deposit.
  • Balance due: The remaining balance is paid at the end of your session.
  • Artist discretion: I reserve the right to decline projects that don’t fit my style or scope; if that happens before a date is booked I won’t take a deposit.
  • No refunds on services once rendered.



Custom designs


  • Custom concepts include reasonable tweaks before the appointment. Significant redesigns or changes in size/placement may require an additional deposit or a new booking.



Merch / physical items (if offered later)


  • At this time I do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged/defective, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right (repair, replacement, or credit).



Gift cards


  • Gift cards and deposits are final sale and not redeemable for cash.



Health & aftercare


  • Results vary by skin type and aftercare. Allergic reactions or normal healing issues do not qualify for refunds. I’ll provide aftercare instructions and support.



Note: This is general studio policy. Local laws may require additional rights—those will be honored.
